Built mortgage technology with the team, through to the company’s acquisition by Ellie Mae.
A startup that didn’t make it, and one of the most important things I’ve done. It took me around the world, working with teams in India and Poland, and made it clear what I wanted to do with my life. It’s the failures that define us, and make us resilient enough to go and build the next thing.
